During Menopause, estrogen levels fall and you may experience vaginal dryness. The vagina is prone to itchiness or irritation if not lubricated sufficiently. This condition classified as vaginal dryness causes personal discomfort and disrupt one's daily routine. As a result, sexual intercourse becomes less pleasurable. Menopause is a predominant source of pain during sex(dyspareunia).

Natural medications can deal with vaginal dryness. Vitamin E capsule insertion or apricot oil may reduce the pain. Herbs that are famous for its menopause remedial properties can also help.
