2 Months ago I was hospitalised for 10 nights with a Corneal Ulcer infected with psuedomas bacteria, this has since healed & some vision returned, however I have been told by 2 different speacilaist that i'm to continue using Ciloxan antibiotic eyedrops for at least another couple of months as I am currently traveling in asia before returning to the UK.

This was not a problem as i didn't appear to have any side effects, however now I have 4 red pinprick size red lumpy dots on my eyelid. They form a red blister looking shape approx. 3.5 x 3 mm. it doesn't hurt or bleed and I am in good health. I did go to a GP in australia before leaving on my travels but he didnt know what it was. He did say he didn't think it looked like melonoma, but could give me no advice other than to see if it gets bigger, I would however rather find out what it is now.

Could the ciloxan be causing this? the dots are formed on the part of my lid that always gets wet with the eye drops when I put them in. If this is linked to the Ciloxan, do you think I could stop using the drops now that 2 months has past since the ulcer healed? any comments apprecitaed
Regards
