I want to know that is it true that you can't eat chicken when you're coughing and WHY?? Do anyone can explain???

You can't eat or drink when you actually cough, how can you
you may get some in between the coughs but I would not recommend trying it.

Chicken skin has something that can trigger coughing. But this is more applicable among those who are asthmatic. Chicken is a triggering factor for asthma. It is one of those foods that is really a no-no for asthmatics.

Yeah, I have heard about chicken not good for asthmatics because it has a triggering factor. It could be an allergen or something. I just have no idea what exactly is in chicken that is.
And oh, chicken causes chest pains for some people, too. I try not to eat chicken too frequently as my chest tightens.
