Herbal Teas has made from anything other than the leaves of the tea bush. Herbal teas can be made with fresh or dried flowers, leaves, seeds or roots, generally by pouring boiling water over the plant parts and letting them steep for a few minutes. Herbal teas are often drunk for their physical or medicinal effects, especially for their stimulant, relaxant or sedative properties.

Well, You have Some good suggestions. Some I like. Some will never pass my lips again. It is definitely a taste thing. I love green tea and have tried many you listed. My mother has digestive problems and finds relief in drinking ginger tea.

Many people drink herbal tea as a healthy alternative to caffeinated teas and coffee. Virtually any herbal tea blend you can conceive of is commercially available, but creating your own herbal teas is rewarding. You need 2 teaspoons of dried herbs per serving of tea. The more herbs you use, the less of each herb you would need per cup to equal 2 teaspoons. How long you steep your tea is largely dependent on how strong you wish the flavor to be. The casual drinking of herbal teas is free of the more definite mandates on steeping that alternative medicinal herbal blends must adhere to be effective.

thanks

I think herbal tea is useful in small quantities! But as for me, I do not like green tea,
herbal tea and the like! I think before drinking herbal tea should consult a doctor!
My friend drank several cups a day, 3 - 4 cups! But this is too much? Or am I mistaken?

Herbal tea contains substances that give power to the system giving the body to produce enough white blood cells that attack new infections. The immune system plays an important role in our lives. It is a system that rejects the common infections like influenza. Effectiveness of this system decides in good health or not.

Herbal teas are not only known for their many health benefits, but drinking tea is also known to help relax the mind and the whole body system. Infusion can practically hear both the physical and mental fatigue go away. Herbal teas are also good to drink after a meal. If you've ever eaten too much, then drink a cup of hot tea after you relieve bloating.
