Remember Mozart should be playing  in the background!

Serves one person (3 pancakes)

Cornmeal mix-
3/4c cornmeal
1/8c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2tsp sugar

1 egg

Mix all the dry ingredents set aside
mix all the wet ingredents add to the dry stuff...
and done!

Cinnamon Banana Compote.

3 bananas ripen as hell
1/2c white wine

It is more difficult than you realize to actually eat a healthy diet. You might end up eating a whole lot of your favorite foods and not enough from one of the other groups just because you don't like that particular group of food. You might be pressed for time almost all the time and you are forced to opt for convenience over quality when you get hungry.

Nice breakfast.  I would say the blueberries and raspberries are probably the most nutrient dense, plus they are fresh live foods which have a plethora of added bonuses. Banana, pecans, coconut milk and cocoa nibs are also loaded with good stuff.

Bananas, cornmeal and sugar are loaded with carbs. I'm not sure how this is a low carb breakfast?

Stuffing sandwiches with lot of greens and fruits plus a glass of oatmeal with milk is a great way to kickstart the day!

Very good idea. But it is very hard to implement. We don’t need say people what they should eat or what is healthy food for them. They know everything .But they cannot control there self when they see testy food on table.
For me, I need 4 boiled eggs daily in breakfast.

When I lived in Spain a few years ago my girlfriend would make me drink this freshly made drink consisting of fresh carrots, oranges, celery, and loads of other things including nuts and raisins and it was all kind of juiced so the pulp/fibers from the carrots and celery were all kept in the juicing machine.  I used to have one every day and my skin and all around vitality was beyond compare.  Anyway we broke up and I moved back to the UK and I no longer have them drinks and now I feel back to how I was when I left the UK, need to get one of those juicers ASAP!

My best breakfast is made by my mother, when I am in senior school. She will be prepared for several kind of food: eggs, porridge,  fish ,some snacks and so on.
