Theoretically, I think it is possible if there are wounds on the oral mucosa and the penis. But does anyone know what is the percentage of HIV transmission via oral intercourse?

It's okay to be sexually active as long as you wanted to. But my advice is "safe sex" to prevent HIV. good luck!

yes it is risky if the person/women with HIV +ve has oral sex can transmit to normal men via the body fluid.

The HIV virus is always present in the body fluid like semen, saliva, and blood. When an affected women sucks the penis the virus present in saliva in her mouth may get transmitted via seminal fluid or any cut can cause to affect via blood.

Its always better to stick with one partner and use precautions like wearing condoms, etc.
