Yes. why not?  Coconut water is sterile. In war zone, it has been used as drip.

its definitely not juzta story...as i've read real life encounters of Drs who've used coconut water as drips. not sure of the mechanism thou...maybe they create their own sterile container? maybe the more experienced drs can enlighten us..thanks

Coconut water while remains inside the coconut is sterile. It is also isotonic. Therefore, it can be used as IV fluid.
