liver detox

Every weekend my friends and I hang out in pubs and get a grab of drinks, since alcohol is bad for you liver I'd like to gather details about liver detox.

Drink one large glass of freshly sqeezed mixed green vegetable juice per day e.g. brocolli, cabbage, celery, cucumber, green beans, snow peas, parsely etc. It's one of the effective ways to detoxify your liver.
