  I went to the clinic two days ago, and my pressure goes up.  Anyone  has an information to prevent from forming any complications?

In most cases of mild or even moderate hypertension, there are no symptoms. However, people with extremely elevated blood pressure may experience:

    * Headache
    * Vision problems
    * Abdominal or chest pain
    * Shortness of breath
    * Dizziness
    * Nausea
Eat raw garlic in salads and use it in cooking. Also take garlic supplements daily-one after breakfast and one after dinner.
