linjo, you do it right! snack aren't healthy at all!! but if you can't resist without some snacks, why don't you make them at home? It's easy... I'm sure everybody has potatoes at home :p

The onus of proof is on the original source of the article. As this article is forwarded this onus of proof is null and void. As to disclosure of source I dont think anybody could get anywhere especially if the sender is from the USA, champion of individual liberties and freedom of speech!

More eaten snacks are not good for the health but not made any harm if use it in small quantity.

Fact like this shows how snacks prepared and marketed. it is always better to eat home made preparations.

I am not sure if these foods can really cause cancer. One thing I am sure of is that these foods do sound yummy. :-)

Snacks have high content of fat,salt and sugar. If  maintained healthy weight, then it is sensible to eat snacks at break. If you are overweight, try avoiding snacks.

I agree drvolcanoe. We don't have any ideas on other foods that we eat if they are also healthy or not.
