Greetings from Land Below The Wind

Hello,

I'm from Sabah. Just joined and looking forward to learn more about health issues from this forum. I started my daily morning walk almost everyday except on Sundays and Rainy Days. By July 20, it'll my first year and looking forward to many more years to come. :-)
