On Monday 22-6-2009 I saw a 19-year old lady who has just come back from Melbourne, Australia 3 days before I saw her in clinic. She presented with 2 weeks of sore throat and fever. I immediately referred her to the general hospital and she is tested positive for HIN1! So, I have seen Johor Bahru's first H1N1! I am now day 3 after the contact with her and I am still fine without any symptom.

If any expert see this post, I welcome your comments, opinion and advice if any.

Meanwhile, I will be resting at home and will update you my condition from time to time.  Smiley

Do pray for me.

I am sorry to hear that. How are you now? Do you show any symptom?

I am now day 5 after contact. Just have some throat itchiness. No fever, no cough, no sore throat. Already taken 4 days of tamiflu. Should be alright.

that is so sad. H1N1 is a serious problem, did you consult a doctor or an specialist? don't wait for any symptoms. prevention is better than cure.
our prayers are with you. hope nothing seriously happen to you. God bless.  Sad

you encounter people with flu every day, and that doesn't mean that you will be infected... just follow the simple steps for preventing flu such as     advanced hygiene, proper diet, supplementation, sleep well, reduce stress....
i hope, you are well...

Persons who experience flu-like symptoms should immediately contact their physician, but, remember, Swine Flu is a highly contagious disease and people who believe they are infected with H1N1 should avoid going out in public unless absolutely necessary.
