My name is Deb, I am from Alberta, Canada. I am a critical care paramedic working in various industry settings from On.site standby's, rural EMS, and intritutional settings. I have been in Health care for over 13 years in the hospital setting and 8 years in the EMS setting as well as dispatch International, International volunteerism, training and educational instructor. I wish to learn about all aspects of health care in all countries and hope to donate my experiences to share with others as well as time goes by. I am was referred to this site by Dr. Teoh and have been chatting with him online to share our education and healthcare perspectives from different Countries. Hey everyone,

I am Dr. Anusha , also a ex-colleague of Dr. Teoh. Kudos to Dr. Teoh for creating this forum. I think it will be a great way to learn many new things and share experiences as we venture into the medical fraternity. There is no end to learning in the vast world of medicine and i will try to contribute as much as i can. I would like to share i quote by Voltaire [Francois-Marie Arouet] which goes:

"Doctors are men who prescribe medicines of which they know little, to cure diseases of which they know less, in human beings of whom they know     
nothing."                                         

Medicine is a neverending road, and no matter how much we learn, its never enough. So, let us try to be as humane as possible and care for the sick to the best of our capabilities.

Hi everyone! Well done to Dr. Teoh for setting up this useful medical forum. Dr. Teoh and I were trained in the same medical school. I graduated a month ago and will be starting my housemanship/internship in May this year. I hope we can exchange health information and career guidance through this forum. Keep up the good work, Admin (Dr. Teoh^-^)!!

seems like our 'admin' doesn't plan to reveal his name...Dr. Teoh is all that we know him as.

FYI Dr Teoh, I have already started to help you promote this site. will be roaming around familiarizing myself with this forum next few days, share my views and further promote it - yep, will rope in our colleagues from overseas.
