Is it possible to quit smoking through natural methods, I mean without using those nicotine patch or medications. I don’t have much faith in medications.

Yes it is possible to quit smoking through natural methods, only it requires a good effort from your side and also a suitable plan to stick to, because lack of a plan is likely accountable for almost 90% of the failed attempts to quit smoking. You can get useful tips at http://www.stop-smoking-guru.com , a site completely dedicated to help people to quit smoking.

Sure it's possible to quit smoking without medication. It's called discipline and will power. For me, chewing gum (not nicotene gum, just regular) worked best.

I was once a heavy smoker.  I'm happy that I managed to quit for more than 13 years now.  I did it naturally which was obviously very difficult during the first few days.  It is just the mindset and self determination to quit that matter most.  If you really want to quit.....quit it wholeheartedly.....for the sake of your health.  Just resist yourself from taking one puff after your first day of quitting and keep on doing so.  That's how I did it.  Best of luck to you.

Hi,

ever since I've decided to quit smoking I've grown more worried about myself as well as my buddies. life has grown tough for me but for me it's like once decided I wont back out.

recently something that scared me all the more was an article on [link removed - spam] website which talked about the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis. Damn scary... this is the bone awareness months and lets spread the awareness.

there's also this special awareness quiz regarding osteoporosis which extensively explains the after effects of it... please take the quiz as it would make you aware of your body + smoking issues, if need be please do pass it on to your friends, near and dear ones, if you care about them!

spread the awareness

Of course it's possible to quit smoking in a natural way. Just think of your goal and make it happen. It is a matter of determination on your side. I suggest you engage in sports and instead of craving cigarettes go for a chewing gum. Good luck!

There are lots of ways to quit. Discipline and make your self busy. Some smoker smokes because they are bored some are because they are use to it... If you are patient enough then it's possible for you to quit on your own way and in Natural Way Cheesy. Just set your mind. Good Luck to you.

I heard bout natural ways to give up smoking but I don't believe in it.

I gave up smoking with a special medication. And this really helped me to get rid of this bad habit.

You may try different medications too but to be completely sure that they are safe, you'd better consult with a doctor.

By the way you can do it here.
