Is the major increase of cholesterol and triglycerides normal during pregnancy ?

What do youmean by "major" increase? How much is the increase?

it increased from 44 to 256, but the doctors said that it's normal such a fluctuation because of the pregnancy ...

No it's not normal, maybe your eating too much fatty foods. Increase of weight is possible during pregnancy and may be associated with high cholesterol levels which may lead to hypertension during pregnancy.
