Addiction and treatment

Hey friends , I am 28 years old. 1 years before I was suffering from drug addiction. I was unable to come out of this, That time I was also suffering from many health related problems like Depression and feel uncomfortable. That time my parents concern one counselor about my problem. He gave me some medicine and told me some exercise. Now after 1 year I am totally recover from this drug addiction problem. Therefore, I want to suggest the people who are suffering from drug addiction that as soon as possible concern any doctor or counselor instead of spoiling your life.
