I am 25 years old. I like to eat fast foods. Sometimes I feel like I am addicted by food. What is food addiction in simple terms? How do we know food is really an addiction? How can I take control of my food addiction?

To control food addiction, you must first identify the problem. Find the trigger as well as activities that you can use as a substitute to your addiction, however, you have to make sure that the activity provides the same level of satisfaction.
