I am 25 years old. I like to eat fast foods. Sometimes I feel like I am addicted by food. What is food addiction in simple terms? How do we know food is really an addiction? How can I take control of my food addiction?

You may be addicted to something if you can't control the urge to for example eat in fast food chains. You may also be having withdrawal reactions if your needs aren't met. To control food addiction, you must first identify the problem. Find the trigger as well as activities that you can use as a substitute to your addiction, however, you have to make sure that the activity provides the same level of satisfaction.
