New Tools and Techniques for Tumor Surgery

I am MIPT alumnus (Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology, Class of 1983). Currently I am an associate professor of Bashkir State University, PhD in Mathematical Physics. However, I have some ideas for designing new tools and low invasive techniques for tumor surgery. I am looking for professionals in this area whom I can entrust my ideas, whom I can cooperate in implementing them into practice provided my authorship will be recognized in patents.
