The top five cancer-causing foods are:

1. Hot dogsBecause they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalitionadvises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If youcan't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and baconAlso high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, andother processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturatedfat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

3. DoughnutsDoughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made withwhite flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at hightemperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you canpossibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French friesLike doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and thenfried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acrylamides which occur during the frying process. They should be calledcancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5. Chips, crackers, and cookiesAll are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whoselabels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amountsof trans-fats.

Eggs are a good source of protein, but too much consumption of this can also cause cancer. Another one is vegetables, though they are up to 50% less mutagenic than meats, but still have some properties that can cause cancer.

vegetables can cause cancer in a couple of ways. if they are grilled over fire, the charred particles can contribute cancer causing agents over time. another way is through pesticides and chemicals on the vegetables. although it's not the vegetables' fault, this can lead to cancer.

More cancer causing foods.
-Refined sugar.
Sugar promotes cancer by feeding them. So maintain blood sugar level at reasonable level is appropriate.
-Fried potatoes.
French fries are usually fried in hydrogenated oil and contain simple carbohydrates that rapidly change to sugar in your blood stream.
-Soda.
If you are looking for a way to quickly put sugar and chemicals into your blood stream, look no further than a bottle of soda.
