I started this topic in response to jolly55's questions

jolly55, taking "pills" is not the only method of contraception. Before you opt for "natural method" you may consider other types of contraceptive methods

Hormonal methods:
1. oral pills - combined oral contraceptive pills (estrogen +progesterone)
               - progesterone only pills
(I am not sure which type of above pills you are taking)
2. injectable progesterone
3. Subdermal progesterone inplants

Intrauterine contraception - "usual type" or the progesterone releasing type

Barier methods -  condoms (male and female) - higher failure rate than above methods.

Sterilisation -  female and male (surgery needed, irreversible)

Please consult your doctor on each type of contraceptive methods. Of course you can also ask around in this forum but it is only for informational purpose. You still need to consult a qualified physician before you make any decision.

Please feel free to ask.

Is there any way that I can maintain my weight at the same time I'm using one of the contraceptive  methods?  I just got my tumescent tuck, and I want to maintain my figure.
