Smoking and Health never go hand-in-hand. ‘Nicotine’ – the major content in cigarettes, affects heart and lungs. It increases the probability of heart attacks, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema and cancer; particularly lung cancer, cancers of the larynx and mouth and pancreatic cancer. Nicotine causes physical and psychological dependencies. The decrease of nicotine level in the blood causes withdrawal symptoms like headache, anxiety, nausea and a craving for more tobacco.

A number of Stop smoking medication  is now available in the market to help quit smoking. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is a method of inducing nicotine into the body without smoking. It helps to deal with withdrawal symptoms and cravings while cessation of smoking. Several products of NRT are available like nicotine patch, inhaler, nasal spray, gum, sublingual tablet and lozenge. NRT only helps to damp down the urge to smoke rather than stopping nicotine altogether.


Herbal quit smoking remedies are now preferred over drug based remedies because of their nature. Herbs are neither habit forming nor addictive. They instead act as nutritional supplements. They help both the physical and mental health of the patient and are known to be very effective. Herbal remedies are generally a combination of two or more herbs. The combination of herbs not only helps reduce smoking but can also help to cleanse and balance the body after continuous cigarette smoking.

A slight change in ones lifestyle and attitude can also help to quit smoking. It is ultimately the mindset and will power of the smoker that makes all the difference.

Smoking is one of the Bad Habit Because from that you will invite so many trouble and the Disease in your Body.From the Smoke your Lungs will get the Damage the most and they can not work properly with the Respiration.And it will also Cause the Cancer Of Lung as well as Heart.So be careful for this and try to Give up your Habit of smoke if you have so.

Smoking reduces bone density, promoting osteoporosis. The skin becomes dry and loses its elasticity, as a result of poor circulation. Premature wrinkling is common. The irritation and inflammation of the stomach and intestines is often even painful ulceration of the entire gastrointestinal tract.

Smoking is not good for health. It is really bad habit for health. It is very effective mentally and physically. Also smoking is not good for heart so always try to avoid smoking.

Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol are bad for our health and if we want to live a disease free life heart attack, high blood pressure and others, then its important to quit smoking cigarettes for better health.

 Smoking is very bad habit. You have to keep away from the smoking. Smoking is really bad for the health, it causes so many dangerous disease like cancer and asthma. It is very bad for the health. You have to keep yourself out of it because it is not good for the health.

Smoking is very bad for our health. But quit smoking is very difficult. Many person prefer to electronic cigarette to help them quit it. But it seems need a long time. If somebody want to have ecigarette to quit. I hope this link which I can be allowed to display.

 Using tobacco is very bad addiction. You have to keep away from the smoking. Using tobacco is really bad for the wellness, it causes so many risky condition like cancer malignancy and bronchial asthma. It is very bad for the wellness. You have to keep yourself out of it because it is not excellent for the wellness.

Smoking is not good for health. But quit smoking is very difficult. Many people suggestest different tips like electronic cigarette and Nicotine etc. But my experience is, if want quit smoking first decide your preference and your mind will decide, I will quit Smoking. Then I surely you will quit smoking definatly....!!!

Smoking is no doubt ad for your health. I really don't see any good effect of cigarettes. It doesn't even taste good.
