Pls HELP! I have no idea wats wrong??????????

I just went threw a bad pregnancy 10 months ago.  I had preclampsia last time but this was just  horrible. Im normally around 115-118lbs I swelled up  so bad with water endema to 217lbs before they induced me  i couldnt stand anymore  was in a wheel chair n had high blood pressure, kidneys were failing n i got gestational diabetes so they induced labour on the 32 week. But my symptoms never went away well at first i went down to 152lbs then all of a sudden 3 months after I gained weight back up to 175lbs now n have really bad water retention my socks  cause big bumps in my legs and i cant close my fingers in the morning. what is wrong with me? Im also Hep C positive just found out. i have never  had a  weight problem. I dont know wats wrong with me and wat to do thanks. oh also forgot to tell you an important fact lol im on the Methadone Maintence Program and had been clean  for 8 months before i got pregnant n My family doc has me take some kinda water pill Lasak 40 or something.  Also I have been on clonazepam, and gabaetin for anxiety for panic attacks??

The first thing that comes to my mind is your LIVER! You mentioned you are Hepatitis C positive and is there any evidence of liver cirrhosis? You swelling can be due to liver failure!

You also mentioned your kidney is failing, this can also be another reason you get such a sudden swelling.

How is the status of your heart?

thanks yes i had a bunch of tests done n my family doc said she as to vaccinate me rite away for hep a n b or im at risk of liver failure or cancer. they discovered it wen i was pregnant with ultrsound n blood tests she said my enzemes were out of wack n im waiting for the specailst
