A bone spur can appear in any part of the body - including the KNEE, ELBOW, HIPS, SHOULDER, SPINE, NOSE, MOUTH, HEEL, FINGER, TOES, NECK, ETC.

Many people that suffer from bone spurs find relief when they properly supplement their diet daily with "good" calcium.

Bone spur is also called as heel spur. A bone spur is a bony growth formed on normal bone. Bone spurs are mainly responsible for limitations in joint motion and can cause pain. The above causes of Bone spur are some of the main causes behind it. I think diet, weight loss and some medications are helpful to get relief from this Bone spur.

My uncle is also suffering from bone spur. He is looking for the best treatment on bone spur. This may also caused by degenerative arthritis or tendonitis and it is also called as heel spur. In this condition when pressure applied to bone structures. Many times the people are told that they have bone spurs in their back or neck, with the implication that the bone spurs are the cause of their back pain. So, if you are also suffering from such situation, then concern your doctor as soon as possible.
