Avoid brushing wet hair. This will cause the hair to stretch and finally break. Finger-dry, or use a wide-toothed comb instead of a brush to gently remove the knots.

Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use very little but enough to cover hair completely with lather. Use a conditioner to keep hair manageable.

Restrict blow-drying your hair. The process of blow-drying is harsh on hair as it robs it of moisture.

Avoid dyes. Use mehandi (henna) instead as a conditioner and colouring agent.

After a perm, never brush your hair. Instead comb hair gently.

Avoid pulling back your hair tightly.

Add iron and minerals in the natural form in your diet.

Never wash your hair with very hot or very cold water.

As per my knowledge there are many tips for hair care. However, some tips for a healthy head of hair are as follows
- Cut down on refined, processed and canned foods.
- Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair.
- Never attack wet hair with a brush
- Stay away from harsh chemical topical products that can damage hair over time.
- Stress can be seriously injurious to long-term health and color of hair. Try and manage your time and tasks to minimize time-related pressures.

We all know that hair plays an important role in the female world. Many women are defined by their outer appearance. By taking proper care of hair will lead to healthier and better looking hair. Bad hair care tactics, or not taking care of your hair can lead to breakage, fly aways, frizzies, split ends, dull hair, and early hair loss. You need to know what type of hair you have and then plan to maintain your hair.

Before entering a pool, wet your hair so your hair will soak up the initial water instead of the chlorinated water.

When swimming where a cap to protect your hair from chlorinated water, if you choose not to wear a cap make sure you shampoo and condition your hair right after you are done swimming.

Avoid using hair styling products with alcohol which dries out hair.

Avoid puting hair styling products directly on your scalp; if you put it on your scalp you'll clog the pores on your head.

Good tips for us ! and I also want to share some with yours
you'd better not make up of your hairs to different hair style in one year , because the chemical things will do harm for your hair , and it will not recover until after long time .
