Hormone Replacement Therapy

I am 50 years old. However, I am still having menses. Heard of various problems of menopause. I am interested in taking hormone replacement therapy later.
Need advice on this. Hope to hear the answer soon.

If you want to seek hormonal therapy in the future, then make sure that you stay fit because some of the hormonal therapy can cause weight gain.  Some people may also experience increase of appetite and mood swings. So you better start cutting off some fats into your body and start the healthy lifestyle.
