I'm looking for a fast and cheap treatment for psoriasis... but it seems that all Web sites are saying there is no treatment for it?  Help!!!!  The skin infection I have are not itchy, but it sure is not pleasing to the eye!

It looks like very rough skin that is also rough to touch.  It is like layers of skin, so that there is a bump.  There is no lesion, actually, but the whole thing is darkish and wrinkled.  Can I send you a picture of it???
