I know everyone will say "I wish I had to gain weight…" butgaining weight (LBM) is a goal for a lot of people. To gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn up. To do it efficiently, and to make the weight muscle, not FAT, you'll need to start a weight training program. You want the weight to be muscle, not FAT. To do this you'll need to slowly increase your caloric intake, usually by eating another meal during the day or by using a weight gain supplement. Make sure the food is protein and carbohydrates and not FAT. Give it time. 10-15 pounds of muscle in a year is pretty good.

In order to gain weight, one needs to eat a lot especially carbs. Also, weight training is very important in order to build up muscles and make the body look leaner.

I really need these kind of information to gain weight because my wait is low. I want to gain it.

I gained some weight by quitting smoking. Did anyone considered this method?  Cheesy Efficent ways to gain wieght is to calculate your daily necessary and eat above it. It is as simple as that... a plus of 7000kcal   = 1kg

Exercising opens appetite. Appetite lead to eating more, thus gaining weight. Natural peanut butter, good oils in salads, a lot of carbs and protein.
