There is large list of physiological benefits of yoga. Not only does yoga affect the physical aspect of the body, there are also mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.

Regular yoga practice will develop multiple and noticeable benefits to health. Yoga makes us mentally and physically fit. Thanks to provide a large list of benefits of yoga.

Psychological benefits of yoga include increase in concentration, decrease in anxiety and depression, somatic awareness increases.
Really you will enjoy the real benefits of yoga once you start practicing it.

Yoga an art of living healthy and fresh at every moments of life. yoga has large list of benefits including physically, spiritually and mentally. By making yoga a  part of our life, we can keep any health/mental disorder away from us.
