Emm.. elderly people told me about this. They said the oil will absorb into our body, and cause rheumatism.
But I couldn't find any instruction on the bottle, telling me to avoid taking hot shower after applying the oil.
I'm wondering is this true. ^^
Any doctor can help on this?

Do not worry. The oil has nothing to do with your rheumatism.
There is no logic in it.

It is a myth, since the causes of rheumatism are hormonal disorder, heredity and tooth infection. Here are some home remedies that could help reduce rheumatism proper diet, walnut, potato juice, carrots and apple cider vinegar.
