several enquiries here
thank you in advanced

boy is a carrier of Thalassemia
girl is a carrier of G6PD

would these 2 conditions affect the children of boy and girl?
any consequences or any conditions that are needed to consider?

apologies for the confusion!

basically, the girl is G6PD, and the boy is having Thalassemia (not the serious type, doesn't requires blood transfusion, etc).

my concern is that if the girl and the boy are to get married and to have kids, how would the blood disorder affect the kids at all? i'm pretty sure that either one of the blood disorder will be passed down to the kids, but to what extreme that it would affect the kids?

I don't know what G6PD is but if you were talking about Thalassaemia and the hereditary chances then I can answer that.
If you had Thal major, your child would have 50 % of the disease which could turn into a trait or intermedia depending.
If you were a Thal trait then your child would have a 25% chance of getting the trait as well.

Girl/Boy Major
 X xx   50%

Girl/Boy Trait
 X xx X xx 25% chance
Genetics is basically half of your parents gene each joined together so it would depend on which part of their gene you would get. The sample I have given above is based from just one parent's contribution to their child's gene pool.
To say that only males get Thalassaemia, you have been given wrong information.
I have Thalassaemia Major as both my parents gave me their that trait gene each.
I was double blasted (hehe) I assure you that my mum has Beta Thal trait just as my dad has and I am a female with Beta Thalassaemia Major.
