Dear Sir, I have an important question.
I'm 23 years old and back in 1999 I had an epileptic seizure. It was early in the morning
when I was asleep and I don't remember anything. I was just woken up by my family who told me I had it.
According to EEG there was something wrong with the flow of electric impulses in my brain.
I lived in fear for the next couple of years and was taking some medicine. However, I have never had any more seizures except for this one case.
The treatment lasted for 3-4 years.
Now I'm 23 and healthy, live as everybody else and try to forget that it ever happened to me, 9 years ago.
I use a computer, cell phones, go to disco, live my life without any restraints etc.
Recently I bought myself a Gamepad with vibration feedback
On the first day of using it, however, my mum told me it was a stupid thing to do as she thinks that vibrations detected by my brain can cause an epileptic fit and that I will be ill all again.
I am adult but it sounded pretty scary to me..
That is why, my question would be:
"Can vibrations from the gamepad controller cause an epileptic fit ?"
