we should drink 6 - 8 glass of water daily
it is also best for our skin....

Water are very essential and important for health. Always drink a lots of water for  every day. It is good for skin , Hair and health. Drinking  water is good for fat loss. Water discharged by-product fats.

Drinking healthy water is very much beneficial for our life. It is one of the important for dieting and it will help you to lose th e weight as quickly.  I think the water is very important for the health. In the mens life it is very important to drink the water at least 8 to 10 glass per day. You have to think that the our body's 25%  included with the water.

Water is necessary for everybody to stay. Water has so many advantages to our system. We should always consume balanced water. By using of balanced water we can get rid of many illnesses like diabetic issues, bronchial asthma, osteoarthritis and many more. We always should take boiled or strained water.

Water is indeed essential. We must drink not only 8 cups but according to the need. An increase in water intake may be necessary in cases such as in a hot weather, exercise, or if health problems arises.
