Unhealthy water can sometimes even cause your teeth to become brittle and worst can cause typhoid. I've been drinking ionized water ever since my Aunt recommended it to me.

Drink fresh water  can also complete the body of water, making water more rapidly transported to all parts of the body. Not only can promote blood circulation, but also help the body remove toxins. In addition, forming the habit of drinking water after waking in the morning is conducive to developing a smooth and fair.

Water contains the major impurity. It must be boiled before drinking. The germs and bacteria present in water cannot be seen through our naked eyes. Disease like Anemia, Diarrhoea, Typhoid , Trachoma are water Borne diseases. So drinking pure water can retain good heath.

I am aware that our body needs at least eight glasses of water per day. This, accordingly, will improve circulation and can help flush out toxins in our body. In hindsight, however, some say that drinking too much water can also increase the body weight (which, of course, is more of water weight). So if one is aiming for losing some weight, does this mean that he/she should minimize drinking lots of water in a day?
