Loss Weight - There are some selected ways to losing weight effectively and safely. Many "natural substances available OTC" can potentially be harmful if not lethal if used with other medications or with certain health conditions.  Anything that you take, even when available without a doctor's prescription, should be researched thoroughly, or discussed with your doctor, especially if you take other medications.

Yes it is safe. it is from safflower seeds, so its all natural.. it does work, you also have to put in time with your workout and also eating right.. 4-5 small meals a day.. and keeping a good workout.. cla takes in effect in about 5 weeks you will see results you also have to put in the time and effort into loosing that weight.. good luck..i went to GNC and bought mine.. but get the gnc brand..

there are different types and ways of loosing weight, safe and effective. safe healthy and dietary supplements also helps a lot. and then do some proper exercises. but what if supplements and exercise can't help you? well there are new technology nowadays such us liposuction and surgery. so you don't have to worry after all. Cheesy but still be careful. proper discipline is the key.

I have to agree with you Amanda. Yes, others might find loosing weight as a difficult task but if you do have determination, descipline and goal to loose weight I bet you can do it as fast as you can.
