In today's trend, high blood pressure
seems to be a "must have" sickness.
The only different between individual is
that "who got it first?".

I asked my fellow people around me about
this disease. Their opinion about this diease
is, "old sickness".. It means that when we
get older later, we will surely get the illness.

I want to ask you.. Is it true??
Or is it just the situation has change compare
to 50 years ago...

But the truth is, High Blood Pressure is not
"old sickness" where we surely will get it when
we get older. Even I got one friend that suffer
from this disease at the age of 17. Is that
considered as old? Think about it..

We must be aware of what we are consuming
as it will become the source of whether we will
get high blood pressure or not. Stress in our life
habit also can contribute to it.

Control of your cholestrol intake. Normally the
"yummy" stuffs is the cholestrol kings and
queens.. Cheesy

Well this stuff may help in anyhow..
So just take a look then the rest is yours
to decide... vvvvvvv

High blood pressure is a key risk factor for cardiovascular disease. High blood pressure can cause fatal strokes and heart disease. Proper treatment can often control or cure this disease.
High blood pressure or hypertension means that the force of the blood inside blood vessels is too high. High blood pressure makes the heart work too hard and can increase your risk for heart attack and stroke. You can take many steps to lower your blood pressure like..
Use a diet plan, Eat less salt, Exercise, Take blood pressure medicine
Talk with your health care provider about how to lower it

The other name for Stroke is "Time Bomb".
Because we don't know when it will happen.
We got it as soon as we got High Blood
Pressure. So prevention is better than cure.
For those who have this HBP problem, there
are still ways to solve it. The best doctor
is your own body. Help your body to be
healthy by focusing on each of your cell.

So what is the best method for the prevention of HBP?  I think the people who continue to exercise throughout their lifetimes are far less likely to develop high blood pressure You should be very cautious to choose type of exercise.

Excess use of salt can also lead to High blood pressure so if you exercise you need to take in extra salt because salt is the only mineral that you through sweating.

So keep on doing exercise & be active in you day to day life …

Well, exercise is one of them.
The others are balance diet (80% alkali 20% Acidic)
and Regular Detoxification. Smiley

Oh ya, one more is about positive thinking as
postive thinking also will lead to healthyness..
