Hi.........,
A combination of protein and healthy crabs will help you feel full longer. Try 1 cup oatmeal with a couple of eggs and 1 piece of fruit. This should help you feel full for at least 3 hours when your body should have food again. Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, you can eat a little more as you are waking from a long night of fast. I stay away from cold cereal of ALL kinds. I find that it is not as satiating. Stick to the whole grain and eating that in combination with a good protein will make all the difference!

This article : http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/cholesterol/HQ00608 suggested that we have to limit our dietary cholestrol intake of eggs to less than 300mg per day.  Also if we have cardiovascular disease, diabetes or high LDL (or "bad") cholesterol, we should limit your dietary cholesterol intake to less than 200 mg a day.

While another article : http://stronglifts.com/cholesterol-saturated-fat-how-many-eggs-daily/ says that Dietary Cholesterol Isn’t Bound to Blood Cholesterol - there’s no relation to cholesterol & saturated fat intake to higher cholesterol levels. It also added some interesting facts about cholesterol which is important to our body.

Some expert advice on the consumption of dietary cholesterol is most welcome.

4 eggs a week will be but 4 eggs a day for breakfast isn't good for your health because eggs are high in cholesterol.

Are in a high protein diet because eggs are high in protein and fats.  I suggest eating oatmeal or salads, eggs are also good but not too frequent. Are you into loosing weight thing or sculpting your body?
