as we know the breakfast is the most important meal for everyone everyday, so lets discuss about this topic and let other know more information about Good Breakfast~

Yes, breakfast is very important. A good breakfast should provide sufficient energy for the activities of the day. I will prefer carbohydrate & protein-based breakfast rather than fat.

You need some carbohydrates and a protein rich breakfast.  A healthy breakfast is very essential to help you sustain some energy in a whole day of work.

Breakfast can be a  light meal such as cereal with milk, followed by some wholemeal toast and fruit or pure fruit juice. If you want a cooked breakfast then why not help yourself to a bowl of porridge, or a big plate of baked beans with poached eggs or grilled sausages and bacon.
