Medical research has been shown that long-termed alcohol abuse causes damage to the blood vessels and nerves in the penis, vessels and nerves carries blood flow in penis and make it hard and erect.Anxiety, Depression, Hypertension and Stress all these are the results of excess of drinking alcohol, All these psychological factors also leads to impotence. Researches have proven that heavy consumption of alcohol causes alcohol impotence. The damage to the nervous system leads to chronic sexual under-performance.

Consumption of alcohol can affects the nervous system and disrupts the impulses between the brain's pituitary gland and the genital organs in human body. The nervous system triggers the signals from brain to the blood vessels in the penis which results in an erection. Alcoholism also irregulates hormone levels, testosterone and estrogen. Low levels of testosterone hormone affects sexual drive and erection function.
Excessive drinking of alcohol also causes the behavioral and psychological changes to health and that causes to reduce sexual desire and reduces sexual performance. Also the lack of concentration and judgment makes the physical activity and movement impaired.

Impotence has nothing to do with anything you eat or impotence drink.Physical located in remote areas where 99% of impotence irregularities related to stress and emotion, and could be placed in person, when according to some things, such as meditation.

If a pack we buy crossed the expiry date, we return it immediately . But an alcohol bottle itself contains  the words "Smoking spoils the health" which we never take care and buy it.

Drinking alcohol not only make you impotent but it also harms your health and body in many disastrous way. Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol are the two worst habit a human being can have. It is the main cause for many health problems not only to those who are addict of this things, but also who are near to them.
