Hi guys. Yes I Want to be a healthy man. I am always take healthy breakfast. I am daily take 2 eggs with milk. I think this breakfast is good for my Health. I can't forget it. But this breakfast can't improve my health please give me some suggestions to Improve my Health.
I am waiting your suggestions.

Daily take 2 eggs and milk with your breakfast you definitely get a healthy man.keep doing.

I know everyone will say "I wish I had to gain weight…" butgaining weight (LBM) is a goal for a lot of people. To gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn up. To do it efficiently, and to make the weight muscle, not FAT, you'll need to start a weight training program. You want the weight to be muscle, not FAT. To do this you'll need to slowly increase your caloric intake, usually by eating another meal during the day or by using a weight gain supplement. Make sure the food is protein and carbohydrates and not FAT. Give it time. 10-15 pounds of muscle in a year is pretty good.

Healthy breakfast foods is also known as the brain foods and should never be skipped as it is the most important meal of the day. Most people believe that skipping breakfast will help with weight loss, but this is not true. In my opinion, breakfast is necessary to start your day off right. A healthy breakfast will help children learn better at school and will help adults at work.

Keep doing.Milk and banana in breakfast is the right way to take nutrition breakfast. But I suggest, you should physical exercise regularly. Impacts of it you will see soon.

Egg and milk in daily breakfast is good if you want to be a healthy man. Not only your healthy breakfast is responsible for your health. Together it, you should also do some other activities. Yoga, exercise and healthy diet are the best to be a healthy man.

1.Gluten Free Hot Cereal.
2.Pancakes and Waffles.
3.Scones.
4.Butterscotch Pecan Scone.
5.Soda Bread Farls.

Keep doing. Eggs and Milk is the really healthy breakfast. You need to do physical exercise, yoga must be included in your daily routine because its a natural remedy.

You get up in the morning, you rush to get prepared for work, you rush out the door without a breakfast. Perhaps you grab a bagel and cream cheese, perhaps a muffin, perhaps an Egg McMuffin.

Milk and egg is really perfect breakfast for good health but along with that some fruits are also important. Breakfast on morning is very much important to generate energy for whole day and to start your day with active mind.

 Break fast is very important at the start of the day. When you wake up in the morning, your body needs energy to do the activities. It is very important for the body. In the breakfast you have to take a milk and also the egg because it is very good for the health and provides a vitamin and minerals for the body.

 Break fast is very important at the start of the day. Milk and eggs are healthy food but instead of taking milk & eggs daily you should take other nutritious food with it. We get proteins from eggs . So for all other vitamins which are also needed for our body to keep healthy . My opinion to you that you should take breakfast such that which is having all kind of vitamins,proteins,fats,calcium etc. which are needed to our body .
