a 22 y/o women 39.2'C with suspected DF..

a 22 y/o women with 39.2'C fever comes to the E.R presenting signs of dehydration w/o signs of haemorrhage. She refers a caribean travel one wk ago and you suspect Dengue Fever. Hx of hyperpyrexic convultions and Acetaminophen allergy (swollen eyes, difficulty breathing, wheezing). Patient have stable v/s and you order oral rehydration and maintainace. What antipyretic drug would you prescribe??

As I said in my previous post, no paracetamol / NSAID, just tepid sponging.
