To help your kids stay healthy year round, even during cold and flu season take care following things:
1)Make sure your child's vaccines are up-to-date, including a yearly flu vaccine.
2)Encourage your kids to wash their hands often, especially before they eat, after they use the bathroom, after handling animals or animal waste, and whenever they seem dirty.
3)Teach your kids not to share glasses, water bottles, hats, towels, or other items with friends or family members.

Take a small ball of wheat dough. Apply a little massage oil on it. Massage chair, with a ball by rubbing it on the baby's body. The strokes should be against the hair growth. This is an excellent remedy for removing hair from the body of a newborn.
