Non-surgical ways of heart treatment

The preliminary diagnosis of my aunt: rheumatism, the combined aortal valvular disease, bicuspid aortic valve. She is  waiting for her turn for surgery. Our friends told us about new non-surgical method of heart restoration and rejuvenation by Aliaksandr Haretski from Poland. Did anybody use this method of heart  treatment?

Rheumatism does cause stenosis (narrowing) of the mitral valve in about 35 to 40 % of the patients. This is the valve between Left atrium(upper chamber) and the left ventricle(lower chamber). 
Now your aunt also has a bicuspid aortic valve, which is normally tricuspid. It may not be effective in its function and may lead to Aortic Incompetence ( also called Aortic Regurgitation). Either of these conditions may lead to complications, which can develop into life threatening conditions.
However, initially, conservative treatment is given to prevent further damage to the valves. But, a time may come when surgical intervention becomes absolutely necessary to save the patient from a life threatening situation.
This is best judged by the attending physician/surgeon.
