i got prob wth NSAID
 it wl shows allergic rxn soon after i tk the medicine
 eg:
aspirin
ibuprofen

my right eye wl suddenly bcms bigger ( like sm1 being hit badly)
it took at least 48 hours to recover

d prob is wen i gt fever..my body bcms hypersensitiv wth its envronment.
even towards panadol~!
one of my lecturer said..it is not common for sm1 getting allergic rxn towards paracetamol..
 n as for the doc..he told me ..ure allergc to panadol..ur body x accept NSAID ..i dunno wut else shud i prescrb for u..i think u shud try altrnative medcne.

huhuuhuhhu.

so..after dat day..everytm i gt fever..ill drink lots of water..n took " selasih" or "kembang semangkuk"..

n it works..~!

NSAID's or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are mostly recommended by doctors due to the fact that it does not contain steroids that may harm our kidneys and liver.  But most people are allergic to the drugs.  If the pain is tolerable you might try some diversional activities like deep breathing exercise, reading etc.  I also know a homeopathic remedy to ease the pain they called it arnica.

there are lot of Complementary treatment for pain. Medication Treatment, Bioelectric Therapy, Psychological Treatment,  Alternative Therapies,  Other Options.

So try others before take medicines.

I would tell your doctor about the adverse side-effects to NSAIDS. Your doctor may be able to prescribe a different medicine or recommend a non-prescription treatment. If the effects far outweigh the side-effects of the NSAIDS, then you may just want to tolerate the side-effects. But definitely talk with your doctor, they should know more about other treatments or ways to reduce the side-effects.
