I feel that health lifestyle - balanced diet, exercise and enough sleep are good enough in improving our concentration instead of relying on supplements.

The biggest factor affecting concentration is rest and this has been approved by research. Concentration requires your mind to be calm. But your mind will be scattered if you are not well rested. Make sure that you get the right amount of sleep at the right time. Also have regular sleep time, and this can be the key step for concentrating.

actually its better to rest well and relax your mind and focus the thing you want..
because concentrating is a thing that your mind will focus...
its your brain who interact with the distraction..
so the important thing is to relax..get healthy.and seize your mind in order to concentrate on things..At each moment you are moving either toward or away from your goals. In addition to your desires, the things that move you away such as bad habits, competition, or the threat of mediocrity are the enemies you need in order to keep you motivated to do right or better...

Any food related to brain functions helps concentration. Here are few foods helps brain activities.
-Cranberries for improvements in memory, balance and coordination
-Sweet potatoes provide nourishment for the brain
-Strawberries reduce the risk of age-related brain decline

Hi,
Yes there are supplements that actually work. These may include memory-enhancement pills or medications that stave off mental fatigue for adults; there are also IQ enhancement milk supplements for children. A good number of these supplementary products on the market can actually give children a mental edge and help improve learning. Both children and adults need to follow a good, balanced diet and avoid vices that literally destroy brain cells such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and using illegal drugs. This will help keep your mind sharp over time.
Regards,

Not fat chicken meat, eggs, whole cereals bread, milk, cauliflower. Usually students begin to eat these products several days before an exam.

Except for food and vitamin stuff you can try to meditate and focus your attention to a particular image or a word. Try to avoid any distraction of sound, etc. This is better as you developing your mind to be more focused and concentrated.

Do feelings of sluggishness and a foggy head follow from bed to your desk in the morning? We're often told to eat a "good" breakfast, but the definition of one changes according to people's needs. There are breakfasts good for weight loss or quick energy, but those are just "good" enough to get you out the door and make it to your mid-morning break.
Some breakfast foods can do that and more, increasing focus, concentration, and mood. The following energy and nutrient rich foods are easily accessible (no exotic health food finds on this list), and will naturally boost your concentration.
