I am so sick and tired of everything going wrong. It just seems like every time I turn around something goes wrong. Does anyone else have major stress. And then they expect you to live without any stress. Pray tell me how to do that?

hi dobby
Stressness and Depression are physically exist(This is my opinion).if u ask me how r they exist,l'll tell ya me either don't know.moreover try to set with ur self in very quit atmospher and think about what l have mentioned above.l beleive that since the human being started to harm the Nature sources and use it in bad direction, there is no mankind can say I haven't felt stress or depress. There is only on way to avoid stressness which is appreciating what u have acheived.
Do Agree with me?

there are different types of stress and depression some are mentally and some are physically, but there are lots of way to reduce stress. try to think things happy and don't think too much negative. unwind, relax and meditate. just don't think too much. one of my friends suffers from great depression and drives her into obesity and now planning for a liposuction. well having kidney failure is really a stressful condition..  Sad

Stress can cause severe health problems, like what you have now. Sometimes it's only in the state of your mind, that you think so much, even that it's just a simple things and no need to worry. You must learn how to control yourself and be happy around with other people. Some things that trigger stress, is lack of sleep, this I am always have problem with. Another one is poor diet and lack of exercise. You have to be with people to set your mind in other things.

Stress is comes in two main forms, good stress and bad stress, good stress can keep you motivated and concentrated, its helpful when you have an important task to do or goal to achieve and keeps you going.

Bad stress normally happens when you have no control or think you have no choice, like when your stuck in traffic on the way to an important appointment and as the time drags on you get even more stressed, you have no control and feel helpless, the more time ticks by the worse the feeling gets.

When we feel stressed it effects the hole body and mind, the physical body becomes stressed and the mind becomes clogged with anxiety and making decisions becomes harder.

Short stressful events do no real harm but long term stress reduces the body's ability to fight infection and process nutrients, it also make us more prone to becoming depressed or developing other mental health issues in the long term.

But we can change the risks by eating healthy and learning to relax, a good way to help stress is by leaning to mediate or start up some exercise, take up a hobby or just get out more and have some fun  Grin

The most important way to reduce stress is by changing the way we think, if you have low self esteem or find it hard to say no to people, that will heighten your risk of developing high levels of stress and anxiety.

A major problem with long term stress is we get used to it, we can think its just a normal part of life and put up with it until we snap or brake under strain.

If you find your drinking or smoking more to feel relaxed its a good sign that you need to take a look at how you live life and see what changes can be made to improve your health.

A key aspect of a healthy adaptational response to stress is the time course. Responses must be initiated rapidly, maintained for a proper amount of time, and then turned off to ensure an optimal result. An over-response to stress or the failure to shut off a stress response can have negative biological consequences for an individual.

I don't really think depression has anything to do with it lol.
Heart conditions maybe, but kidneys? I doubt it.
Then again some superstitious folks would believe that.

I think Stress is an important factor in many health problems. stress include the lowering of the immune response, chronic muscle tension, and accumulated blood pressure. These difficulties can indirectly lead to serious life-threatening illnesses such as heart attacks, kidney disease, and cancer.
