Firstly, try and understand that the cause of acne is due to the clogging of the pores of the skin by sebum which is secreted by the sebaceous glands. The sebaceous glands drain the sebum into  these pores which in turn drain on the surface of the skin. Due to excessive secretion of sebum especially during puberty, this sebum blocks the opening of the pores of the skin and the pore gets clogged, secreted sebum gets trapped  and the pores get swollen resulting in acne.

It is therefore necessarty to wash the area affected with water and soap frequently during the day so that the sebum is washed off and the pores are kept open.

Acne, typically, appear on the face and back because that is where the sebaceous glands are situated.

Since you say that you have taken treatment, it simply implies one thing: -- Since the back is a difficult area to clean and apply soap, you have to pay special attention and use a soft brush to wash and apply soap to the back, in your case, at least 3 to 4 times a day. Do this gently. This will prevent the sebum from drying up on the openings of the skin pores and clogging them.

There are several natural remedies too, which you could try.
For example:
(1) Apply garlic paste to the affected part for 10 mins and then wash away. Do it everyday.
(2) Mix Cinnamon powder and honey into a paste and apply on affected part. Keep overnight and wash away
(3) Taking Vitamin A  supplements will help.
Hope all this works.

Herbal treatment is the most popular and safest alternative treatment for acne. Acne can be controlled with herbs and active herbal compounds. Besides, herbal home cures can be a useful addition if you are taking medical treatment as well. If you have serious acne problems and are seeing a doctor, consider having simultaneous herbal treatment for quick and better cure of acne.
