Hi, My GF is having low blood pressure and low blood sugar level. But she like salty food and sweet food very much. But she does not drink alot of water. I was very curious why she is having that 2 symptoms when the things she eat goes against it.

As I have heard low blood pressure is also because of low quantity of water in our body. So I think to maintain normal blood pressure a person should take 8 glasses of water in a day.

But one time it goes down to 80/60, that's the time i go to my doctor, she gave vitamins and said eat plenty of green leafy vegatables that is rich in iron... But still it grow up to 110/80, then goes to my normal BP 90/80...

The most important cause of low blood pressure is faulty nutrition. It makes the tissues forming the walls of blood vessels to become over relaxed and oxygen and nutrients to the tissues.

To prevent developing the risk of low blood pressure we should drink 2-3 litre water per day. Heart weakness, low quantity of water are main causes of low blood pressure.

Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps. If it is lower than normal then it is called as low blood pressure. Some low blood pressure causes are simple cases of dehydration brought on by vomiting, intense exercise, or the overuse of diuretics.
