Hi YSW,
Common causes of bleeding per rectum is Piles and Fissure in ano ( Cut in the anal sphincter).
In fissure in ano, the stools are lined with blood while in piles there is frank blood. Sometimes there may be a stream of blood passing per rectum usually after the stools in adavanced cases.
This is Internal piles which you seem to have and this is again graded according to the severity.
I do not know if the piles prolapse out of the anus. but going according to your information, you seem to have grade 1 internal piles, which can be treated conservatively.
There are certain lifestyle adaptations and dietary habits which you must follow. You could also use certain natural remedies which will help you.
The weakness you are having is most probably due to anemia which has come about due to loss of blood. I think your problem is minor and can easily be solved if you stick to the dos and dont's. There are three articles you could read at mediconweb.com
1) Piles - Causes, Symptoms and Treatment.
2) How to Prevent piles.
3) Natural Remedies for Piles.
And believe me, your problem is minor.

"i too had a blood after stool, should I go to see doctor?"
Anytime you see a blood after stool should see a doctor to find out what are the cause of blood, but i think you have a hemorrhoid but see a doctor first to make sure.
