Shoulder Arthroscopy

Hi guys,

Hope everyone is good.

I'm having a shoulder arthroscopy a week Monday and was wondering if anyone had undergone the same thing and successfully returned to the gym?

I've been researching it on the Internet (Which I know can be a bad idea) and my specialist himself have both suggested there's a chance I won't be able to get back in the gym at all. I can't see how this can be true - as compared to some surgeries it's rather minor - but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?

Have come across patients who's undergone knee arthroscopy before, during my Orthopaedics posting. But NOT shoulder....hmmmm.
