Indonesia is a beautiful country... I've traveling to Malay and Indonesia few times ago..
But only in Borneo (Kelimantan), doing herb and natural science project.. There's a lot of things to be found in the deep forest of borneo..

Hello Joe, you are young and have much spirit to study. I am above 30 now, and realise that being healthy is important. I want to be healthy until I become grandma. The best way to do it is to start consuming healthy foods, living in a healthy life, and have a healthy lifestyle. I hope I can get much advises here to reach my goal. Success to you, Joe.
